Will You Pedal in Coronado During Bike to Work Week?
Whether you'll commit to the entire week or just one day—Bike to Work Day on May 16—the city encourages Coronado residents to participate.
National Bike Month 2014 includes a number of events in communities nationwide, including Coronado. However, the biggest day of the month is Bike to Work Day.
In 2014, Bike to Work Week will be May 12-16, with Bike to Work Day on May 16.
The City of Coronado encourages residents to bike to work on May 16. More than half of the U.S. population lives within five miles of their workplace, making bicycling a feasible and fun way to get to work.
The City of Coronado has taken on the Bike to Work Corporate Challenge, where the City asks employees to bike to work.
