SDSU’s College of Extended Studies will host an information session for its Digital and Social Media; and Marketing and Media professional certificate programs Wednesday, Jan. 15 from 6-7:30 pm in the SDSU Extended Studies Center.
Attendees will have an opportunity to learn about the spring courses being offered in both programs, meet and network with industry representatives, talk with the instructors, and possibly win a fun raffle prize.
The Digital and Social Media program is designed for professionals who would like to hone their skills in how to use multimedia tools and harness the interactive power of the Internet to build an audience. Students will receive training in how to build their own web presence, including a website, a blog, a photography portfolio, and a video; as well as develop skills in social networking and SEO.
