Contract Management Certificate Courses on Schedule at SDSU

SDSU’s College of Extended Studies will offer two courses within the next two weeks in its popular Professional Certificate in Contract Management/Advanced Contract Management program. They include: Legal Aspects of Contracts, Thursdays, May 23-June 27, 6-9 pm This course will focus on the legal and regulatory aspects of the government acquisition process important to the creation and administration of contract formation, interpretation, and performance. Effective Negotiation Skills and Techniques – Level II, Tuesdays, June 4-July 9, 6-9 pm In this course, students will explore advanced negotiation skills that are also applicable to all levels of business interaction.
