The is in full bloom over at . Flower enthusiasts and botanists alike flocked to the white tents on Saturday afternoon to view all of the entries and winners of our most prideful event.

Exhibits like flower arrangements, rose displays, kid's and men’s creations, and a section for succulents are available for all to view. The most unique exhibit is named Picture in a Box and features a blacked-out tent with light falling only on the displayed flower arrangements. Themes include “dried arrangements” and “Asian fusion.”

Kids and adults can be entertained by the musical talents of the local group Coronado Big Band. Light refreshments, such as hot dogs and snow cones, are available for purchase by the Coronado girl’s water polo team. For those of age, the newest Coronado Flower Show addition, the Beer Garden, has ice-cold beer to cool everyone off from the midday sun.
